I had no language difficulties. The staff is friendly and professional, understands human psychology, and is a master of sales techniques. However, they don't push anything, leaving me free to choose and make decisions. My manager, Mekhman Nazimovich, is extremely polite and considerate. He is a top-notch professional, skilled in both product promotion and client expertise. It was incredibly pleasant to work with them, as they also offered to accommodate other requests: at my request, they drove me to the shopping center at the company's expense, then met me, picked me up, and drove me back to the hotel with all my purchases. The price and quality of the products at the factory are consistent. You can find a product in any price range. My requests were a bit more complex, but they met them. Thank you so much for your work, your attitude, and your deep human concern. I highly recommend this factory to everyone, especially my fellow countrymen.

Great experience. We came as per recommendation of our friends. I need to say that experience was great. We had a pleasure to be assisted by Mehmet. He was more than helpful in assisting to find what we need. It was not an easy task since the place have four levels so this made a task even more complicated. Never the less, he was patient, professional and very kind, knowing what to suggest and to show. Quality is excellent and the prices were more than fair. Much better than you can get in some other places. Shopping was so easy and we felt so comfortable like we were shopping from our living room. At the end we got a present and free ride to our hotel. I was looking for a suede bomber jacket for mens and I visited most important producers from Zeytinburnu zone. Different models, qualities, prices and, of course, different sellers experience. But the best quality, help from Irina and Vera was, by far, at MAHAL HASAN FUR & LEATHER! The owner was envolved and very friendly. The product I found was premium quality at a fair price. For this reason my wife found a very beautiful fur and we unplanned bought it.
